Contributor Quin Mathews hangs out with the young members of Mariachi Los Unicos during their set at the House of Blues. Also, Doualy Xaykaothao talks to a Texas economic policy expert who's more known for his love of Godzilla.

The city of Dallas clinched a final four nod for the 2016 Republican National Convention, and the Dallas school district moves forward with home-rule.
