The 17th annual Dallas Mayor鈥檚 Back to School fair is set for Thursday, Aug. 1, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
It鈥檒l again be in the Automobile and Centennial buildings in Fair Park.
For 15,000 qualifying Dallas school kids, there will be free school supplies, immunizations, vision and dental tests, haircuts, activities, entertainment and more.
Qualifying families must PRE REGISTER to allow more time to take advantage of the many services and activities offered at the Fair. The deadline to pre-register is Saturday, July 27. Go to for details and a list of pre-registration events.
Officials expect at least 35,000 to attend the busy, crowded event.
