Video: Obama Announces Executive Action On Immigration

Obama, pictured earlier, will announce an executive action on immigration tonight.

President Obama addressed the country from the White House Thursday night. He announced executive actions on immigration.  The move is expected to affect up to 5 million immigrants who are in the U.S. without documentation.
