A Dallas County grand jury today did not indict County Commissioner John Wiley Price or former Dallas council member Dwaine Caraway in their .
reports the jury was considering two charges: assault causing bodily injury and terroristic threat against a public servant.
The scuffle at KHVN, a North Texas gospel radio station, occurred just a week prior to the March 1 primary for Dallas County Commissioner.
Caraway, Price and two other commissioner candidates were at the station for a debate. The dispute was filled with profanities and accusations and captured on video.

The tussle started with an argument over Sandbranch, a poor neighborhood that lacks running water. It ended with Caraway shouting that Price ruined his first marriage by sleeping with his then-wife.
Dallas Morning News columnist Gromer Jeffers the two politicians have a long-running feud:
They鈥檙e not best buds. They really dislike each other. It goes back a long way. Caraway is a jovial, friendly guy. He doesn鈥檛 like Price. A lot of the bitterness has come from Price through the years, sort of opposing Caraway every step of the way. He opposed Caraway when he wanted to be the president of the local chapter of the NAACP. In 2001 鈥� Price opposed Caraway鈥檚 campaign for City Council. Caraway was trying to replace his wife, Barbara Mallory Caraway, and Price backed Ed Oakley, a white candidate in a mostly black district. It was symbolic of a feud going on for many years.
That feud came to a head when Caraway challenged Price for his seat on the commissioners鈥� court. Caraway ultimately lost.
