Dollar Tree and the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration have settled on a $100,000 penalty after one of the chain's Dallas stores was cited last month for .
Juan Rodriguez, an OSHA spokesman, said arrangements have been made to pay the settled $100,000 by Sept. 7. OSHA initially inspected the store on E R. L. Thornton Freeway this past Feburary after a referral from a whistleblower investigator.
"Maintaining a safe workplace environment for our associates is a key priority," Dollar Tree spokeswoman Kayleigh Painter told 四虎影院 in a prepared statement. "We are continually working to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations at all of our stores."
