Dallas attorney Marcos Ronquillo announced he'll be throwing his hat into the mayoral race.

The top local stories this evening from the ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºroom: The U.S. Department of Education says Southern Methodist University has violated Title IX. Also, Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings will have a challenger in next year's municipal elections. We'll revisit some families ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº profiled in last year's One Crisis Away series, and listen to songs of refuge for civil rights protestors.
