The top local stories this morning from the ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºroom:  The Arlington police department has asked the FBI to help investigate the weekend shooting death of a young unarmed black man, who was accused of breaking into a car dealership.

Also, one of the oldest and largest mental health facilities in North Texas is at risk of closing its doors.
