The top local stories this morning from the ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºroom: The Texas Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the state’s school finance system. A district judge last year ruled the current system unconstitutional, but the state appealed.

Also, two education reporters take a look at the two biggest school districts in Texas – Dallas and Houston.
