Local stories this morning from the 四虎影院room: The severe weather threat has passed for North Texas. Parts of the region woke up to tornado sirens shortly before 4 a.m.
鈥淲e saw some kind of smaller scale circulations develop and these actually prompted us to issue a couple tornado warnings across the Metroplex,鈥� National Weather Meteorologist Lamont Bain said.
There have been no reports of tornadoes so far, though West Texas reported five last night.
