Top Stories: Public Restroom Restriction Fails To Get Traction; Junior Year Struggles

The top local stories this morning from ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº: The Rockwall City Council from the mayor to regulate use of public restrooms.  

The ordinance would’ve required people to use the restroom that corresponds to the sex on their birth certificate, not the gender with which they identify.
