The top local stories this morning from ĻӰԺ: Voters last night decided to a regional bus agency that serves a number of North Texas school districts.

Voters in Dallas approved a billion-dollar bond package.

A $750 million bond issue , as did a so-called “penny swap” that raises money for operations without a tax increase.

Texas voters also ratified all seven proposed changes to the state Constitution.

  • As people are deciding which health insurance plans to sign up for on the federal exchanges, some of the architects of those plans are to discuss the future of health care.
