Early voting is underway in Texas for the March 6th primary. In this primary election, voters will decide who appears on November's general election ballot.

Today, how a bank  a community for the better. Until last month, West Dallas had just one brick and mortar bank out on the fringe of the neighborhood, near the interstate. As Courtney Collins reports, this new bank branch wants to build a relationship with the heart of the community, low and middle income families who've lived there for decades.
