Top Stories: Voter Fraud Suit In Kaufman County; Farm Bill Vote Scheduled Today

With primary runoffs just five days away, Republican State Rep. Lance Gooden has filed a lawsuit alleging voter fraud in Kaufman County.

He’s petitioning to keep mail-in ballots from Terrell sealed, rather than be opened by the county's ballot board on Monday.  reports Gooden alleges voter fraud has been occurring in Terrell for more than a decade.

He's in a against Bunni Pounds of Garland in the 5th Congressional District. Jeb Hensarling is retiring from that seat.
