Makayla Montoya Frazier is the founder of the Buckle Bunnies Fund, a group that helps fund abortions in Texas. She spoke with TPR's Bonnie Petrie about the state's latest abortion restriction 鈥� which bans the procedure after six weeks of pregnancy.
