A cohort of students in the cities of Hurst, Euless and Bedford just wrapped up an immersive program guiding them through the nuts and bolts of local government.

Bedford city staff is saying goodbye to Caryn Riggs, assistant city manager and chief financial officer since 2022. As Riggs moves into the private sector, two other experienced local government employees will take over her titles.
