The top local stories this morning from the ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºroom: The 10th annual ends today in Dallas. About 1,600 people from around the country have spent the week learning about new technology for investigations and prosecutions of sex crimes. 

Also, we'll begin our new Breakthroughs series called . Lauren Silverman introduces Jude Cobler, a North Texas boy who was diagnosed with leukemia in kindergarten.
