Top Stories: Study On Violence In Right-To-Carry States; Nonprofit Helps Kids Dream Big

The top local stories this morning from ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº: A new study from Stanford University has found states with right-to-carry gun laws have higher crime rates. The report covers data from 1979 to 2014 in 30 states, including Texas, that adopted such laws.
